These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the UGM Pro Instructor Partnership Program, including all earnings, responsibilities, and rules for instructors (“Partners”) who promote UGM Pro to students and other instructors.
By joining the UGM Pro Partnership Program, you agree to the following:
🟦 1. Partner Eligibility
To participate in the UGM Pro Instructor Partnership Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

UGM Pro reserves the right to approve or deny applications.
🟦 2. Instructor Responsibilities
As a partner, you agree to:

Use only approved marketing materials or messages

Follow all program rules

Maintain a professional reputation

Share your official referral link only

Never mislead students or instructors

Never make false promises regarding UGM Pro results

Protect your login credentials and account access
🟦 3. Student Enrollment Commission
Partners earn:
💰 $249.25 per student
who enrolls into UGM Pro through your unique referral link.
Student commissions are paid when:

The student uses your referral link
-
The payment is processed successfully
-
The student’s enrollment is confirmed in the system
Commission Exclusions:
No commission will be paid if:

The student does not use your referral link
-
The student requests a refund
-
Payment fails, is disputed, or is reversed
-
Fraudulent behavior is detected
🟦 4. Instructor Referral Bonus
Partners earn:
💵 $250 per instructor
who joins the UGM Pro Partnership Program using your referral link.
Referral bonuses are paid when:

The instructor signs up through your link
-
Their enrollment/payment is verified
-
They are approved as an active UGM Pro instructor
No bonus is paid if:
-
The referral was not through your link
-
The instructor’s payment fails, reverses, or is refunded
-
Fraudulent referrals or manipulation attempts are detected
🟦 5. Strict Prohibited Actions (Immediate Removal)
The following actions will result in instant termination from the program and loss of all pending commissions:
❌ 1. Giving free access to UGM Pro to students
This includes:

sharing your login
-
sharing course content
-
creating duplicate accounts
-
offering free enrollment
-
unauthorized discounting
ONLY official UGM Pro sales count.
❌ 2. Sharing login information
You may not distribute, resell, loan, or share your UGM Pro login or any student/instructor access.
❌ 3. Distributing UGM Pro content illegally
No videos, PDFs, screenshots, or downloads may be shared publicly or privately.
❌ 4. Spamming or unethical promotion
This includes:

unsolicited mass emails
-
misleading claims
-
aggressive or deceptive sales behavior
-
posting spam in groups or forums
❌ 5. Using fake or fraudulent referrals
Your account will be closed if you:

refer yourself
-
create fake students
-
create fake instructors
-
use stolen credit cards
-
artificially manipulate signups
❌ 6. Bypassing the referral system
All enrollments MUST go through the official referral link.
🟦 6. Payouts & Payment Terms
UGM Pro will issue payments:

typically within 24–48 hours after verification

through the partner’s selected payout method
Payments may be delayed for:

processor review

fraud checks
-
account verification
-
bank holidays
-
suspicious activity
UGM Pro reserves the right to request identity or address verification before releasing payouts.
🟦 7. Refunds, Chargebacks & Cancellations
If a student or instructor:

requests a refund

disputes the payment

issues a chargeback
-
cancels before completion
any associated commissions or referral bonuses will be voided or reversed.
Returned funds = reversed commissions.

All UGM Pro materials are protected under:

-
digital rights management
Partners may not:

copy
-
resell
-
modify
-
distribute
-
upload
-
share
-
publish
ANY UGM Pro content without written permission.

login sharing is discovered

Partners may also voluntarily terminate their account at any time.
